Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand drops or launches, processing times may be extended — we'll communicate any delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. ERGX Theory is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at yashaadijack@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
